Yassmin Alers is a native New Yorker of Latin descent, who has been working professionally in the performing arts as a singer, dancer, actor for over 30 years. Her credits run the gamut from Off-Broadway & Broadway shows, National & International tours, Television and contemporary Film.
She has performed in Broadway shows and tours which include On Your Feet, In The Heights, The Rocky Horror Show, Paul Simon’s The Capeman, The Who’s Tommy, and Rent, where she was dance captain and understudy for Jonathan Larson’s original Broadway cast.
