We believe that singing benefits everyone, whatever their age. There is vast research highlighting the multiple benefits of using the voice creatively in a community or workplace environment:

About LORICA Chamber Choir
LORICA, the flagship ensemble of the The Irish Institute of Music & Song, was founded in September 2024 by Michael T Dawson and Dr. Jo Michael Scheibe to share Irish music and culture worldwide. The choir is dedicated to exploring the Irish language through choral music and collaborating across art forms.
LORICA has won the Oak Tree Trophy at the Derry International Choral Festival and is currently releasing an album of Irish folk song choral arrangements on Spotify and YouTube.
