Help your baby sleep, bond and develop with this wonderful course. Sing to your little one and enjoy the soothing and calming effects of music with great benefits for parents and babies

• Using familiar songs, nursery rhymes and poems we help you to develop a repertiore of gorgeous songs to enjoy with your baby for years to come and our small class sizes allow you to meet and make friends with other parents of new babies

• Our 6-week course has a strong focus on looking after Mums post-partum, discussing topics like sleep, birth experiences and feeding. Each class finishes with some chat time to get to know other Mums

  Wednesdays 12:15pm to 1pm at the Irish Institute of Music, Balbriggan.

• €81 for the 6-week course (€13.50 per class)

• 10% discount for those already attending classes at the IIMS

• Drop ins welcome
