The Gabla Senior Percussion Ensemble is an African music and dance programme that will equip participants with skills and knowledge of African Drumming and Culture.

This programme will interest musicians, teachers, hobbyists and first-time learners and will be directed by Dr John Nutekpor.

This programme caters for adults above the age 18 and will provide a wide range of African drumming, songs and dance repertoire to participants.

The ensemble rehearses from 5PM to 6PM on Fridays at the Irish Institute of Music & Song.

The upcoming Spring Term will begin on Friday May 10th & will run for 8 weeks.

There will be no breaks during this summer term.
