EY Choir performs live on Ray D'Arcy Show

EY Choir sang on the Ray D'Arcy Show on RTÉ ONE on Saturday 26 October 2019. TV work is always a gruelling experience, but this group of singers took it in their stride.

They sang an arrangement of "Heyday" as part of a larger ensemble including choral singers from all over island. It is part of a fundraising campaign for Aidlink for Turkana, a charity event in aid of the most isolated and marginalised people in Africa - the Turkana in northern Kenya.

Conducted by Michael T. Dawson, EY Choir rehearses twice a week. Last year, in EY Choir's first year, their voices were heard on RTÉ Lyric FM as part of their Choirs for Christmas competition. They have big plans for 2020...
